Over 50 Years of Helping Injured Clients

Our Firm

Larrimore & Farnish, LLP, has a long history of helping injured people obtain full and fair compensation for their harms and losses. After graduating from Temple Law School in 1960, Myron "Mike" Deutsch founded this firm, dedicated to helping clients recover from companies or negligent tortfeasors who caused their injuries. Although Mike died in 1994, his compassion for clients and his desire to help innocent accident victims continues to drive all of us in the firm he founded.

Dale Larrimore and Tom Farnish were both taught by Mike to take care of our clients, giving them personal attention and obtaining the highest possible recoveries for their injuries. We have 55 years filled with satisfied clients and we have earned a reputation as one of the most well-respected personal injury firms in Pennsylvania. Many attorneys refer their complex cases or matters involving clients with significant injuries to us for litigation. As evidence of our success, most of our new clients come to us through referrals from satisfied former clients.

With a concentration in the settlement and trial of significant cases, our firm has helped thousands of clients recover financial stability after many devastating personal tragedies. We are proud of our reputation for

  • providing personal attention to our clients;
  • fighting hard to achieve maximum recoveries for our clients from insurance carriers, careless corporations, or negligent defendants;
  • working ethically and responsibly on behalf of our clients;
  • where appropriate and desirable, effectively utilizing all forms of alternative dispute resolution to help clients achieve their goals without trial; and
  • teaching law students and other attorneys and helping them to work effectively for their clients.

We have attorneys licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and we have successfully handled claims and recovered funds in courts throughout both states. We have prevailed in cases filed in numerous counties in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Berks, Lancaster, Allegheny, Lehigh, Dauphin, and many others. In New Jersey, we have recovered funds for our clients in various counties, such as Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, and Burlington Counties. Through our trial lawyer contacts across the country, we are also able to assist our clients with claims arising from serious injuries that occur anywhere in the United States.

After decades of representing victims of traumatic accidents, the attorneys in our firm have come to enjoy the professional satisfaction of seeing the smiles on the faces of our clients when they receive a substantial check at the end of a claim, compensating them for their economic losses, for their pain and suffering, and for the loss of enjoyment of life caused by their injuries. The clients of Larrimore & Farnish, LLP, return to us with other claims, and refer their friends and neighbors to us, because they ultimately receive full compensation for their losses. Our repeat business depends upon your satisfaction.
